Moldova. Known by the nickname 'The Blacks'. They play their home matches at Zimbru Stadium, which is the team's main stadium. The national team was established in 1990 after the country gained independence from the Soviet Union. Although it has not achieved major accomplishments on the international stage, it regularly participates in European qualifiers. Among the most notable competitions the team engages in are those against neighboring countries such as Romania and Ukraine.
